v1.1 update

v1.1 fixes some glaring bugs from the initial game-jam release, as well as incorporating some feedback : 

-Added an option to skip on-boarding from the title screen 

-Made deductions harder to get/made run harder to accidentally lose

-Fixed bug that prevents the player from restarting the run on getting full demerits

-Added button to retry run, allowing the player to skip the off-boarding message if they want

Treating this as the "release" update for Pod Operator, will likely start working on other projects, though might come back to this one in the future who knows. Thanks to everyone who played it and weighed in on it this past year.
